Five-string banjos for folk, old-time and bluegrass, from a first open-back to American-made Deering Goodtimes. Open-back banjos are lighter and mellower, the choice for clawhammer and playing at home. Resonator banjos are louder and brighter, built for three-finger bluegrass and playing with a band.
