We currently ship within Australia only (Australia-wide). Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.
Dispatch time: In-stock items usually dispatch within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Backordered or special-order items dispatch within 3 business days of arriving at our store. Dispatch may take longer during peak periods.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the order’s size/weight (including bulky items where applicable). The exact rate is shown before you pay.
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): Most metro deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days. Regional/remote areas may take longer. We ship via Australia Post and StarTrack (handled locally by our Mildura freight partner, Sunraysia Freight Co).
Tracking: When your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Tracking details are also visible on your customer-account order page.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items: If your parcel hasn’t moved on the carrier’s tracking for an unreasonable time, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@thesoundtrap.com.au with your order number (and photos for damage). We’ll lodge an investigation with the carrier and resolve it under our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
