Two replacement wing screws with an 8 mm thread, the size used on the tripod leg collar of most cymbal stands, hi-hat stands and drum thrones. They are the screw you tighten to lock the legs open, and the one that goes missing after a pack-down or strips when someone overtightens it, leaving a stand that won't stand. Gibraltar makes them to fit most brands' 8 mm hardware, not just their own, so measure the old thread and if it's 8 mm you're right. Part number SC-0009.
