A thread adapter that takes a microphone clip, boom arm or shock mount with a 3/8 inch internal thread and lets it screw onto a 5/8 inch mic stand. This version has a knurled collar at the base so you can wind it on and off by hand and nip it up without a screwdriver. Metal, silver finish. The fully insertable version without the collar is AMS 171. Part number 170.
