A 20-strand steel snare wire for a 12 inch snare drum. The strands run 11 inches, about 28 cm, between the metal end plates and the set is 2 inches, about 5 cm, wide, which leaves the usual clearance to the bearing edge at each end. Fit it when the old wires have kinked, rusted or gone dull and the drum has lost its crack; straps or cord are not listed in the box, so hang on to your old ones. DXP part number DBT363.
