The 13 inch size of DXP's 20-strand steel snare wire, a straight replacement for a 13 inch snare drum. It measures 12 and a quarter inches, roughly 31 cm, long and 2 inches, about 5 cm, wide, with metal end plates at each end. Twenty strands is the usual count on a stock snare, so expect a normal, crisp response rather than anything exotic. Straps or cord are not listed as included, so keep your old ones.
