About this product
The 45-105 gauge is one of the most popular four-string bass sets going, and this is Ernie Ball's take on it: the two lighter strings from a Super Slinky set (.045, .065) paired with the two heavier ones from a Regular set (.085, .105). You get an E and A with real weight under the thumb and a D and G that are easy to slap, bend and play fast on. Nickel-plated steel round wound on a hex steel core, made in California and foil sealed. Part number 2833.
