A wooden double tone block, two ribbed cylinders of different size joined on a handle so you get a high and a low note from one instrument, and both are ribbed so you can scrape the beater across them for a guiro rasp. About 27 cm long and 10 cm wide, with a natural lacquer finish, and the beater comes with it. A handy classroom piece because one player can cover the agogo pattern and the scrape in a samba or Latin groove. Part number ED228.
