Two instruments in one hand-sized block: tap it with the beater for a wood-block click, or drag the beater along the ribbed top for a guiro scrape. It is about 20 cm long and 4 cm across, made from wood with a natural finish, and it comes with a single wooden beater. A useful thing to have in a classroom kit for Latin rhythms, and small enough to hand out one per student for a samba unit. Model UE52.
