Replacement scratchplate screws in a gold finish, for holding a pickguard, control cover or jack plate onto the body. Small countersunk Phillips-head wood screws of the standard pickguard type, so they also do for backplates and other cover plates when the originals have gone missing or rusted. Gold makes sense on a guitar with gold hardware, where a chrome screw stands out like a sore thumb. AMS part GP957G; the same screw comes in chrome (GP957C) and black (GP957B).
