A full-scale P/J bass in the classic 60s style for students and first-time players. Basswood body in gloss black with a black three-ply scratchplate, bolt-on maple neck with 20 frets and an 864 mm (34 in) scale. A split-coil precision-style pickup at the neck and a single-coil jazz-style pickup at the bridge run through two volumes and a tone, so you can blend the thump of one with the bite of the other. Chrome vintage-style tuners and bridge. Comes with a padded SX gig bag. Model VEP62B.
